START TIMES WILL BE PROVIDED IN YOUR ORDERS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
MON OCT 12
AFTERNOON: Hotel check-in and get settled in
EVENING: Reunion check-in and welcome dinner
TUE OCT 13
DAY: NS MAYPORT ship or squadron tour (you may only sign up for one or the other, attendees are chosen by lottery from the sign-up sheet, veterans will have first priority to attend the tour due to limited availability, thank you for understanding)
EVENING: Dinner and activities at Ocean Breeze Conference Center (next to Navy Lodge)
WED OCT 14
DAY: Fernandina Beach with boat tour to Amelia & Cumberland Islands (this trip is self-transported, we will help pair up drivers and riders, since COVID, charter bus transportation is too cost-prohibitive so we opt not to do it)

THU OCT 15
DAY: In house events (boot camp experience, company commanders panel), estimated times are 10:30 - 12:30
EVENING: Dinner and activies at Ocean Breeze Conference Center (next to Navy Lodge)
FRI OCT 16
Day: Sam & Roberta's Amazing Race (sign up at the reunion)
Evening: Closing Banquet at Ocean Breeze Conference Center (smart casual attire please)
SAT OCT 17
Day: Check-out day for those going on the post-reunion cruise and those leaving today or staying in town closer to NAS Jax
Day: NAS JAX AIR SHOW Air Show Official Site click on the link to get information about start time, schedule, and seating options. Remember seating along the flight line is free- bring a chair or blanket if driving or local. Paid seating is CASH ONLY. Don't be disappointed, read this and prepare. We are putting seating cash in an envelope in our purses now.
