HOTEL INFO


Rate of $120 per night ($115 room rate + $5 resort fee) plus tax includes daily breakfast for two and daily resort amenities (free wifi, free parking, 2 free bottled waters, free 2nd drink coupon). Our negotiated rate with breakfast is excellent because we contracted a specific number of hotel rooms and banquet orders. The best way to support the reunion that allows us to continue having a reunion is by staying at the host hotel.  

** Please note that the reservation system cannot change the hotel's standard resort fee of $30 daily and it has to be done manually by the hotel at check-in/check out. So disregard the total amount quoted either on phone or in hotel reservation link when available because our negotiated rate is $115 per night AND $5 resort fee for a total of $120 per night including two buffet breakfasts plus tax. **

The hotel rate is good for +/3 days before and after the reunion dates based on availability.

REUNION COST

The bundle deal includes your registration fee, all reunion events at the hotel, five dinners, one lunch, taxes, and meal gratuities. (one dinner is off-site. $275.00 per person for the bundle deal. Tours are not included in the bundle and will be available to purchase in 2024)

OR

You can pay for reunion events individually if you plan to only come to one or more events. Registration is required to attend any event. Individual tickets and individual reunion registration can be found in the command store link above.

Registration fees ($35/pp) whether paid within a package deal or individually are not refundable after June 30, 2024. The remaining amount of the package deal and any individual event tickets are refundable up to two weeks prior to the start of the reunion or September 23, 2024 at 5 PM EST.
