HOTEL INFO
Rate of $120 per night ($115 room rate + $5 resort fee) plus tax includes daily breakfast for two and daily resort amenities (free wifi, free parking, 2 free bottled waters, free 2nd drink coupon). Our negotiated rate with breakfast is excellent because we contracted a specific number of hotel rooms and banquet orders. The best way to support the reunion that allows us to continue having a reunion is by staying at the host hotel.
** Please note that the reservation system cannot change the hotel's standard resort fee of $30 daily and it has to be done manually by the hotel at check-in/check out. So disregard the total amount quoted either on phone or in hotel reservation link when available because our negotiated rate is $115 per night AND $5 resort fee for a total of $120 per night including two buffet breakfasts plus tax. **

The hotel rate is good for +/3 days before and after the reunion dates based on availability.
There is a Starbucks, Pizza Hut, and restaurant on site.
REUNION REGISTRATION
REUNION COST
The registration fee for all participants is $35 per person.
Event and tour tickets are sold separately and typically vary from $45 to $70 depending on the event or tour. Tickets will go on sale 8 months prior to the reunion, or February 2026.
The registration fee is nonrefundable. If you register and do not attend for any reason, the registration fee(s) you paid becomes a donation to the reunion. Event and tour tickets are refundable up to two weeks prior to the start of the reunion or October 12, 2024 at 5 PM EST. After this date and time, event and tour tickets are nonrefundable for any reason. You may purchase travel insurance

2000- Flight Deck Theater late night movie

1230- Company Commanders Panel & Photos
1800- Wednesday Dinner & Bluejacket Bingo Prize Blitz (50+ prizes, multiple winners per game. Capone's Dinner Theater has temporarily closed due to relocation of its operations)
